What differentiates you from the competition?ACI Learning focusing on supporting Career Changers looking to break into the civilian world as an IT or Cybersecurity Specialist. We have a Career Services program that runs parallel to our technical training to ensure our graduates are job ready. We are driven by student outcomes that include graduation, certification and meaningful employment. We are one of two approved VET TEC training providers in NEFL and have supported the successful transition of many over the years.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Many of the students we support are new to technology and we only offer programs that map to industry recognized certifications that are in demand by employers. Our Computer User Support Specialist program is an ITIL® and CompTIA prep program and is our most popular entry-level option. It develops competence in IT fundamentals, networking, security, cloud support and much more — preparing our learners for ITIL® Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certification exams. This program is 10 weeks long and our Career Services program runs parallel to the technical training ensuring our students are job ready prior to graduation.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Change is not easy - whether it is from the service to the civilian space, from high school into the workforce, from one well tenured career to a new one. ACI Learning is here to take each step with you if your passion and interest lies within information technology. Finding a sustainable tech career to meet your needs that also enables growth and upward income is just as important to us as it is to you. We are focused on outcomes and your success is what determines our success.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Managing change. ACI Learning is seeking national accreditation. Official visits have already started and will continue through Q1 2023. The other challenge that we'll need to overcome is the market acceptance and buy in to recognize apprenticeship as a pathway to support their talent management strategy and DEI initiatives.
