A veteran of the Florida Army National Guard, Charles is dedicated to community service through his involvement with various organizations, including serving on the JASMYN Board of Directors and the Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
