What are common problems you see?Detailed strategic planning processes and realistic growth plans
What advice/tips do you have for clients?- Be patient in the beginning of your growth strategy and establish a customer base with realistic revenue potential- Network, Network, Network- Use the communicative skills you learned and perfected in the military

What keeps you up at night?Taking care of my employees and their families
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Attend industry conferences and have a honed 45 sec elevator pitch to deliver. Listen to prospective government client's pain points first and then clearly define your value proposition and how you can assist.
How involved are you in the community?Volunteer board member opportunities, homeless and veteran outreach activities, and Wounded Warrior Project

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Don't start unless you are prepared. Do your homework.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?reading, gym rat, traveling and watching NFL and College Football
