Why did you choose your industry?I got into real estate because I love helping people find the perfect place to call home. Whether it’s a first home, a dream home, or the right home for their next chapter, I enjoy guiding my clients through the process with knowledge, care, and a little fun along the way!
Who are your typical clients?I have helped everyone from the first time homebuyer, newlywed buying first home to the senior moving into independent living
What do you like best about being in this industry?I love seeing people realize their dream of homeownership in each phase of life again from the newlywed to the senior moving into the next chapter
What are common problems you see?right now affordability.. prices are high, interest rates still high and limited availability
What advice/tips do you have for clients?To make sure you are working with a great team from the agent to the lender to the inspection. All this matters because they will have your best interest and help you navigate the tricky parts
When is your busy season?typically spring/summer
What keeps you up at night?thinking about a listing that not moving or finding the right house for my buyer
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I use social media and stay in contact with my sphere and past client and build relationships with agents in other cities
How involved are you in the community?volunteering for hadassah's hope, disciple group in my home for 1825 years olds through church,

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?start branding yourself right away no matter what brokerage you could with and be visible on social
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?being on or near water.. the pool, the beach, on a boat with friends and family
