Why did you choose your industry?A perfect alignment between what organizations are looking for and my eclectic skill set.
Who are your typical clients?People who would like an arm of assistance with the creative side of their events.
What do you like best about being in this industry?Getting to serve a variety of organizations - in a number of different ways.
What are common problems you see?A lack of a personalized, custom approach to every client, and cookie-cutter solutions that don't fit people's event needs and budgets.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?It truly depends on the situation.
When is your busy season?All year round!
What keeps you up at night?Nothing anymore. I sleep great, but get up early and get to work.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Stay active on LinkedIn, stay on top of podcast trends, content tips, and the like.
How involved are you in the community?I volunteer at the Church, I am a sports coach, and a volunteer at my kid's school.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Reasons to Believe (Reasons.org)
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Learn as much as you can - then be willing to unlearn and learn new things each new month.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Playing guitar, exercising, and PS5 sports games like Madden and MLB the Show
