What’s the most rewarding part of your work?Social interaction breeds social equity as a reward to coaches at a certain level of consciousness, mindfulness if you will, and awareness. Coaching offers a rare form of enrichment, often qualitative and difficult to measure but incredibly rewarding to the conscious mind.
What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches?Consultants and coaches thrive on Knowledge as a Service (KaaS), often for the benefit of humans.
