How do you stay competitive in such a dynamic industry? Work hard – long days sometimes including weekends. I was in charge of leading and growing a property management division of a large real estate company from approximately 900 properties and 4 branch offices, to right at 7,000 properties and 34 branch offices in 2 states , including residential, and commercial, and multi family, and vacation rentals.
