If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?We are not selling anything. We provide a consultancy service with the intent of connecting people in need with trusted people, services and equipment that can help overcome the obstacles of aging and disability. We are unique and detail oriented.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Customer acquisition cost is so high because I only work privately with people because insurance reimbursement proved to be a failed attempt.

What’s your outlook on the future of healthcare delivery? not very good. healthcare has become too reactive and medication happy. too concerned with reimbursement and not outcomes. i fear for a time when i need the healthcare industry to actually care for me. i have seen too many mistakes and the endless obstacles my aging patients must navigate just to survive. it will only get harder.
