What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Having the funds to participate in all the opportunities available.

How do you stay ahead of changing consumer preferences?We don’t chase industry trends and that’s what our clients prefer. We actually help them create their preferences in our brief and discovery process.

What makes your brand stand out in a crowded market?The comprehensive services we provide and product assortment we offer under one roof saves consumers time, lowers frustration and provides the freedom to create effortless. Our showroom is well organized, inviting and comfortable. Our staff is accommodating, knowledgeable and attentive.

How are you incorporating sustainability into your products or services?We recycle all fabric waste by donating to organizations and schools. Our product lines are organic, natural and sustainable in nature. We provide on-site clean up that we recycle as well.

How are you adapting to e-commerce and digital retail trends?We do offer fabrics on our website but it’s not a focus so needing to adapt to the trends does not play a role for us.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing your sector right now?The interior design industry is a cash cow thriving on trends, consumer lack of knowledge, inferior products and harmful practices. It’s outdated, mundane and fake- overall it does not truly serve the buyer. Design should be mindful, purposeful, nurturing and supportive, integrate with nature and be respectful of harmful-toxic-unstainable practices. Client engagement is low and discouraged resulting in more landfill waste, dissatisfaction of outcome and negative opinions or misunderstanding of the industry.
