What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? I proved online assessment, workshops, and masterclasses to help identify and isolate GTM problems within organizations. I use the structure GTM OS™ methodology to create plans to overcome those problems.
How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? Each industry varies in its GTM nuances. While I change my approach based on industries, I help customers see their issues more clearly so that they can leverage their own industry expertise to create solutions.
What are the most common misconceptions about consulting? That consultants are only interested in billing for time and not vested in our clients’ success.
How do you measure the success of your client engagements? When I initiate an engagement, I engage in a conversation of how the client will determine success. They provide the KPIs and OKRs to meet and it is their determination of whether or not we have been successful, not mine.
What trends are influencing the future of consulting and coaching? The most obvious current trend is the race to leverage AI. While a valuable tool, AI obviously lacks a human element to understand critical issues like culture.
What’s the most rewarding part of your work? Helping my clients succeed.
What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? If you come from an career working as an executive, consulting requires more structure and packaging to earn your clients’ trust and business.
