If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?For young drivers, spend time learning the business of motorsports as soon as possible. For business partners look at all the ways, beyond logos and impressions, that partnering with drivers and teams can grow your business.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Connecting with business owners and executives who are interested in business development and growth through motorsports.

What role does teamwork play in your success? Motorsport has so many elements and variables, both on and off-track, and there are no victories or success without complete teamwork by every member of the team.

How do you stay motivated during tough seasons? Fortunately I’ve tasted victory and championships in motorsports so that helps fuel motivation during tough seasons. Plus the mindset that sometimes you win, and sometimes you learn, so focus on what you can learn and improve upon when things are tough.

What advice do you have for young aspiring athletes? Enjoy every part of the journey and become a complete race driver both on and off the track.
