What trends are shaping the health and wellness industry right now? Most news and reports still state that AI is the biggest trend, but that’s not a correct picture for business owners in the tranches as they are seeing a shift from consumers that are rejecting AI in direct marketing while embracing it in certain social entertainment or productivity uses in their work. There are still (and will continue to be) many dangers and risks, especially in healthcare where discernment and weighing many factors . Education and providing multiple ways to get out true information using legitimate social proof with real people is the actual trend.

How do you approach holistic well-being with your clients or audience? Our industry is inherently holistic so patients and clinics who want to expand their practice outside the corporate & Big Pharma stranglehold naturally seek what we do, our challenge is making sure that they are able to find true and relevant information where they “hang out” so they can discover us.

What challenges do you see in helping people sustain healthy habits? There are many. This is the first time in recorded human history where the wealthiest people are athletic and thin and the working poor are obese but still nutritionally starving. There are so many large systems that need to be fixed if not completely abandoned with better ones in their place. The only way to eat an elephant though is one bite at a time.

We have too many to share in this but go to our website and you’ll see walls of videos of patients and doctors (depending on which site you’re on) giving nothing but stories of incredible transformation in their own words. It’s impossible to pick just one.

What motivates you in this industry every day? Helping doctors help patients. Every testimonial of a life changed is the best fuel to the whole team feeling the energy and vindication of hard work moving steadily in our path of purpose.
