What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Reaching enough qualified leads to generate enough revenue to sustain operations.

What are your top priorities for managing risk and compliance?My first priority is to really know my client and their individual situation. My second step is to educate my clients on the types of risks and educate them on the types of risk they are exposed to and how our plan helps them to mitigate the risk. I think the compliance piece is just doing the right thing all of the time.

What impact is fintech having on traditional banking models?I see the use of technology as an overwhelmingly positive continually evolving good thing. If the person uses technology and advice together, I don’t think you can go wrong.
