How do you define success?
My definition of success is changing in real time. As a younger man, there were a lot of concrete external things that would indicate success. Now, I am thinking differently, family, time, and longevity are truly the most important things to me. For my business, I use 2 simple metrics: quality of service and financial production.
What lessons from sports have you applied to your personal life and career?
The importances of consistency. A hard workout may feel incredible and like I’ve gotten a lot done, but it’s doing it over and over and over…. and over again that produces true growth.
What strategies do you use to improve your performance?
I would love to share on this for both my personal physical performance and for business!
