Short company description:

Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty is a trusted global real estate brand known for its exceptional service, local expertise, and commitment to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

How do you define success?

I define success as never giving up, no matter what life throws at you. Life is full of challenges, setbacks, and unexpected obstacles, but success is about continuing to move forward, learning from those experiences, and staying committed to your goals. As long as you keep going and refuse to quit, you’re already succeeding.

What lessons from sports have you applied to your personal life and career?

Sports taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and teamwork. Success doesn’t happen overnight,it comes from showing up every day, learning from setbacks, and staying focused on the goal. In my real estate career, I apply those same lessons by working hard for my clients, communicating openly, and never giving up until we achieve the best possible outcome.

What strategies do you use to improve your performance?

I improve my performance by first understanding my clients’ needs. I ask thoughtful questions to learn about their goals, motivation, and what matters most to them. Once I understand their situation, I focus on finding the best solution and guiding them through the process. Listening first and communicating clearly helps me serve my clients better and continue improving with every experience.

Can You Discuss a Time When You Had to Work with a Team to Achieve a Goal?

Always. In real estate, no one succeeds alone. Behind every successful transaction is a strong team working together. I work closely with my transaction coordinator, lenders, title companies, vendors, inspectors, and contractors to make sure everything stays on track. I’m also fortunate to have mentors who are always available to guide me whenever I need advice. By communicating well, trusting my team, and keeping everyone focused on the same goal, we’re able to provide the best experience for our clients.

What’s the trickiest part of picking the right mortgage lender for you or your clients?

The trickiest part is choosing a lender who is not only knowledgeable but also communicates well. A great lender needs to stay on top of every step of the process and be available when questions or challenges come up. I prefer working with lenders I can reach directly, who think creatively, solve complex situations, and help keep the transaction moving smoothly. The right lender can make a huge difference in helping clients reach the closing table.
