What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Aside from hearing devices, we offer a tinnitus program for military veterans. When others say “nothing can be done,” we explore options. Tinnitus is complex, and we stay committed to finding what works for each person.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Ask more questions. You deserve to understand your options, not just accept the first answer. And don’t wait, taking care of your hearing and communication health matters more than people think.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Funding community care while navigating complex insurance systems. Many patients aren’t given clear benefit information, so we step in to help them understand their options, because access shouldn’t be confusing.
