Greg Chapman serves as the Area Director for Northeast Florida FCA, overseeing Duval County River East, including areas east and south of the St. Johns River. With more than a decade of ministry experience, Greg brings a deep passion for faith, leadership, and mentorship to his work with student-athletes and coaches throughout Northeast Florida.
Prior to joining FCA, Greg served as the student pastor at Neptune Baptist Church in Neptune Beach, Florida, where he invested in the spiritual development of young people and families. A proud alumnus of Fletcher Senior High School, Greg has strong roots in the local community and a lifelong commitment to serving the next generation.
After high school, Greg attended Georgia Military College, where he played offensive line before completing his collegiate football career at Valdosta State University. He graduated with a degree in History while continuing to compete at a high level on the football field. His love for the game and for mentoring young athletes naturally led him into coaching following graduation.
Greg began his coaching career as an offensive line coach at Georgia Military College and later held coaching positions at Valdosta, Raines, Ribault, and Fletcher High Schools. Through both coaching and ministry, Greg has consistently focused on building character, discipline, and purpose in the lives of student-athletes.
Today, Greg also serves as the host of Making a Difference on FaithWorks TV, where he highlights stories of faith, leadership, and individuals who are making a meaningful impact in their communities. Through his work on and off the screen, Greg continues to inspire others to live with integrity, purpose, and a commitment to serving something greater than themselves.
