Creative services / graphic design.
How do you define success?
From an agency perspective that’s easy: growing our clients’ businesses. Awards are nice, but driving results is far and away what matters most.
Personally, it’s setting up my team and agency for success, earning their trust, and being put in a position to lead the organization.
How did you get started in your field or work?
Shifted from sports journalism to advertising in 2008 and haven’t looked back!
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
We’re small but mighty. On the creative side specifically we only have four full-time employees, but including regular freelancers/contractors we cover three countries and four states.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
Gaining the trust of a team and operating in a leadership capacity as a full remote employee.
