How do you define success?

The freedom and ability to do what I want, when I want, with whom I want, for as long as I want.

How did you get started in your field or work?

Necessity is the mother of invention.

What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

We focus on mature expert voices that could benefit from guidance and resources to expand their influential reach, so they move from being a big fish in a small pond, to jumping ponds and growing their influence there. Data shows the 35 and under group are the avid content creators, yet data also shows the 35+ are the business owners. The solution providers are not the content creators, and the content creators have fewer years of experience, credentials and mastery. We focus on giving mature experts a stronger system for influential reach.

What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?

The old boys network that made TV a barrier to the average person in the past. Considering I was a media journalist and was often in the TV studio, even I was blocked from easy access to TV. Back then, there was no YouTube, yet I realized video was the way to go. When YouTube did come along, it felt like TikTok does – full of pranksters and time wasters. At that time, I found zero brand alliance with YouTube, so I pushed till I made a TV opportunity for myself since the existing ones were unavailable, or too brutally expensive to participate in consistently.
