Balansera Therapy Group provides individualized therapy and counseling services to clients seeking support for emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. We offer a range of services, including psychotherapy, assessments, and group therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and their families. We specialize in various areas, such as anxiety/depression, complex trauma, or relationship issues, fostering a safe and confidential environment for healing and personal growth.

What Is Your Why?

We help clients resolve trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can be highly effective for several reasons:

EMDR specifically addresses traumatic memories, helping clients process and integrate them, reducing their emotional impact. The technique involves bilateral stimulation (usually through guided eye movements), which helps clients engage both hemispheres of the brain, facilitating deeper processing of trauma. Many clients experience significant relief in fewer sessions compared to traditional talk therapies, making it a time-efficient option. EMDR empowers clients by enabling them to reclaim control over their memories and emotions, fostering resilience and self-efficacy. It integrates cognitive, emotional, and physical responses, providing a comprehensive healing experience.
Overall, EMDR can be a transformative tool for those struggling with the effects of trauma, promoting lasting healing and improved mental health.
