COLUMBUS, OH (April 7, 2025) – Charleys Cheesesteaks is excited to announce the grand opening of the newest location in Jacksonville, FL. This opening marks number eight for the city of Jacksonville.
The newest location of Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings is owned by Maged Ebied, who owns six other Charleys storefronts in Jacksonville & Saint Augustine. Throughout the years, Maged’s partnership with Charleys has only gotten stronger. Maged first discovered Charleys in June 2019 while swimming with his family. He received a phone call from a franchisee inviting him to a Grand Opening for another Charleys location. After a successful turnout, Maged’s journey with Charleys began shortly after in December 2019 when he opened his first location inside Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL. Since then, he has opened various locations in the Tampa market, before uprooting and focusing on the Jacksonville, St. Augustine markets. Maged has plans to continue expansion throughout North FL and has plans for two additional locations in Jacksonville in the upcoming months.

The newest Charleys location is located at 1401 Dunn Avenue Jacksonville, FL 32218 and will be open at 10am every day.
