Why did you choose your industry?Because I love helping businesses achieve big goals and entrepreneurs transform themselves into great leaders.
Who are your typical clients?Business owners and entrepreneurs.
What do you like best about being in this industry?Being able to use my abilities and experiences to help others achieve great things, live with excitement, and love what they are doing.
What are common problems you see?The majority of businesses expand organically, and business owners are stuck and stressed with the abundance of activities necessary for running a business, like HR, customer service, sales, operations, IT and finances. These are barriers for entrepreneurs being able to contribute at a high level for strategic growth. I help businesses overcome these challenges and accomplish a vision to success.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Work with a coach to design a big vision, develop a strategy, and set the course to accomplish big goals.
When is your busy season?My business is not seasonal, but does pick up some when clients enter the goal setting season.
What keeps you up at night?I think of fresh ideas at night, and I am constantly challenged with new ways to assist my clients.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Networking, referrals, social media, and forthcoming new book.
How involved are you in the community?Teaching classes for youth, families and businesses about finances and business in Nocatee and St. Johns.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Rethreaded
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Talk to coaches, mentors and evaluate your inner genius, flow states, values and what you want.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Hanging out with my close family, friends, golfing and reading
