How long have you been in your industry?30+ Years
Why did you choose your industry?I grew up in the industry. My father opened the first Subway in St. Augustine in 1984, and when I was a kid, he worked for the McDonald's Corporation. I would inspect restaurants with him.
Who are your typical clients?Multi-Unit and brand franchises.
What do you like best about being in this industry?Supporting franchisees operationally and problem-solving.
What are common problems you see?The current common problem is proper staffing.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Establish core values for your company and execute brand standards at the highest level possible.
When is your busy season?Spring & Summer.
What keeps you up at night?My mind.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Word of mouth and Meta.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Can't say that I have a favorite as all of them are incredible causes but most recently we donated food for the Night to Shine event in Jacksonville and that was very rewarding.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Take the time to do your due diligence and ask yourself if you have a passion for it.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Free Time? HAHA! Love watching my son play football and when I get the chance to have dinner with my daughter.
