How long have you been in your industry?15+
Why did you choose your industry?I chose this industry to empower others with the financial knowledge and trading skills that transformed my own life. Trading gave me freedom, confidence, and control—and now I help others achieve the same.
Who are your typical clients? My typical clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, retirees, and recent graduates who want to build confidence in trading, achieve financial independence, and learn to navigate the markets with clarity and control.
What do you like best about being in this industry?I love helping people feel empowered and confident with their finances. Seeing clients go from confused or intimidated to capable and in control of their trading decisions is incredibly rewarding.
What are common problems you see?A common problem is the overload of flashy, unrealistic promises. Many people are misled into thinking trading is a get-rich-quick scheme. There’s also a lack of transparency, solid education, and mentorship. I focus on cutting through the noise and teaching real skills, discipline, and strategy that lead to long-term success.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Start with the basics and don’t rush the process. Trading isn’t about luck. Rather, it’s about discipline, strategy, and mindset. Focus on consistency over perfection, and don’t be afraid to ask questions or seek mentorship. Stay curious, manage your risk, and treat trading like a skill you’re building for life—not a shortcut to wealth.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I market myself by consistently sharing valuable content through social media outlets (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website blog). I host workshops both online and in person, send regular email newsletters, participate in podcast interviews and article features, and deliver exceptional client service. This multi-channel approach helps me build trust and grow my community organically.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business? Before you can teach, you need to learn. There's no substitute for experience. Trading is a skill that takes time, discipline, and humility. Build your own track record, understand your audience, and lead with integrity. There’s space for educators, but the real value comes from those who’ve done the work.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?I enjoy playing pool, hitting the driving range, exploring new restaurants, traveling internationally, weekend trips around New England, practicing yoga, and, of course, trading the financial markets!
