What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?i’m not so sure I would say it is our biggest marketing challenge but like most companies providing labor it’s always a concern that we have enough labor

What trends are currently shaping the construction industry?Innovation and technology like most professions with the use of “AI”

What challenges are you facing with labor shortages or supply chains?Skilled labor is a challenge but with our relationship with the local craft unions we have a collective bargaining agreement for the trade labor. Supply chain is out of control.

How do you ensure safety on your job sites?We have a comprehensive safety program and our employees are trained and certified in many safety procedures and have their OSHA 30 credentials.

What role does technology play in your planning and execution?We utilize virtual design. BIM software and prefabricate a majority of our work.

Can you describe a recent project that stood out to you?So many, but UF Health North tower, Baptist Clay new hospital, Medical Examiner office Jax ..

What advice would you give to someone entering the construction field?It’s a great profession and you can have a wonderful career if you apply yourself.
