About IsFit, LLC Private Personal TrainingISFIT, LLC was built on the belief that fitness should be accessible, sustainable, and life-changing. As a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, basketball and nutrition coach, I work with clients of all fitness levels to help them lose fat, build strength, improve athletic performance, unleash their inner athlete and develop healthier lifestyles. Whether someone is just getting started or looking to take their training to the next level, my goal is to provide expert guidance, accountability, and a plan that fits their life and helps them achieve long-term results.
What differentiates you from the competition?I focus on building lasting habits and real-world results rather than quick fixes. I also meet people where they are regardless of their starting point. Sessions are done from my home, so I want my clients to feel at home with me.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?I make my service unique. I am the product and the service. I put my passion for health and fitness into my passion for my clients and their successes.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?People know they should exercise, that they should eat better, and take care of themselves. What they lack is confidence, accountability, guidance, and someone who believes they can succeed. My IsFit message: You don't have to do this alone.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? It's simply underexposure. Not enough people know about IsFit, LLC. Finding different ways to get in front of the audience I can help.

What trends are shaping the health and wellness industry right now? Surprisingly, longevity is becoming more important than aesthetics. Strength training, mobility work, and functional fitness are increasingly viewed as investments in long-term health rather than just appearance, especially in the 35 and up age group. Another surprising trend, recovery. People are investing in ways to recover, learning better maintenance of their body and learning techniques to avoid injuries.

What challenges do you see in helping people sustain healthy habits? Their mindsets. Some think its impossible to reach the goal or vision, so they talk themselves out of starting or quit halfway. Or they quit after I mistake or not seeing the results immediately.

How do you tailor programs for different fitness or health needs? It’s all about talking to your clients, hearing them, and being intentional with their workouts and goals.

What role does technology play in supporting wellness today? It plays a big part. It makes programming easier for clients and coaches. It makes things more accessible, quicker and faster. How to track your macros and fats, how many steps you’re taking, your heart rate, everything. But it also has it’s cons

What motivates you in this industry every day? My own health and mobility. My son is showing interest in fitness and basketball, so that impact is motivating. And seeing my clients and how their confidence starts to grow. They start buying in and that keeps me motivated.
