About ForgedCEWe recruit, resource and support men and women who feel called to disciple Christian executives using the peer advisory model.
What differentiates you from the competition? Our not-for-profit model dramatically reduces the cost built into other peer advisory models; our Chairs can have other business interests; and we have the ability to serve all Christian executives no matter the size of their businesses.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? We equip Christian executives to live and lead redemptive lives and businesses using a proven model. In most cases it leads to improved business performance as well.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?We are ambassadors with a calling to advance God's kingdom through the marketplace. We want to come alongside your local church to equip you to faithfully fulfill that calling.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Recruiting Chairs to join the network through church partnerships

What is the biggest operational challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?As a not-for-profit with a limited staff, we’ll be bootstrapping it until we start getting some traction with adding new Chairs as members of the network.

How is your ministry engaging with the community today? We currently have no direct ministry efforts. However, as a not-for-profit ministry we’re equipping Christian executives to do all kinds of redemptive work in their communities.

What role does technology play in spreading your message?Along with having an online presence and staying active on LinkedIn, we’ve started using AI technology to help curate our monthly Retreat content.

How do you support spiritual growth among your members? We do a monthly life stewardship self-assessment with peer accountability and have a Faith Mindset content segment during our peer advisory Retreats. And Chairs have a monthly peer call and meet 1on1 with their members for ongoing discipleship and accountability.

What challenges are ministries facing in the modern world? One of the primary challenges is indifference. The cares and lures of this world are distracting us from our relationships with the Lord and His calling on our lives. Here in the U.S., we’re pursuing convenience and financial security.
