What differentiates you from the competition?Our team will always go above and beyond, if our clients are struggling at the start or end of an event, we don’t just leave. I expect our staff to help as needed as we are already there to help. Our goal is for us to feel like your friend!
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?We offer packages that can be fully custom to preferences all allergies or food aversions. We are also willing to work with our clients budgets and try to provide them with everything that they need even if it’s not something that we normally do.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?If you want good quality, portions bigger than almost every other grazing table company, service that feels like your friends and family and that will go above and beyond, look no further. Let us create a display to go along with lasting memories!
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Coming up with original ideas and creating my socials to be a little bit more aesthetically pleasing rather than posting every grazing table that I do. My background is not in marketing or sales so I have a hard time with that

How do you stay ahead of changing consumer preferences? I listen to the clients and try to do as much research in the industry from social media and other networking events to try to get some insight on what’s going on and how we can Better.

What makes your brand stand out in a crowded market? The custom aspect of our menus. The clients gets to choose from a long list of items as well as let us know if there’s something else they want!

How are you incorporating sustainability into your products or services? As a former environmental scientist, I am huge on sustainability and waste. We’ve gotten out portions down to a science but do provide Togo containers for our guests so there’s no food waste. We also use wooden decor and reusable greenery for our displays so that one-time use plastics or platters don’t get wasted or thrown away!

What role does customer feedback play in your innovation process? Feedback is everything! We encourage all of our past clients to fill out Google and FB reviews. I tell them to Feel free to text me, Call me with any constructive criticism, or ideas we end up talking with our clients a lot before hand so that we have a logical expectation of what they’re looking for.

How are you adapting to e-commerce and digital retail trends? We haven’t really. That’s something I would be interested in but see a lot of them on the market.

Can you share a success story related to a recent product launch? We just launched our charcuterie cart, and have been booking that for a lot of events/farmers markets, and cocktail hours in the wedding industry!

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing your sector right now? I would say the rising cost of goods and groceries have been really hard on the food industry.
