What role does data play in your retail strategy? Data is extremely important for us especially for forecasting, inventory management, and marketing spend.
How do you manage supply chain challenges in retail? We always produce as much in house as possible. For the items we are not able to produce in house we try to have 2-3 different suppliers to ensure someone is able to come through.
What makes your brand stand out in a crowded market? It is all about the Demons Behind Me mantra. Without that we are just another clothing brand.
What trends do you see shaping the future of retail? The old ways of seasonal drops seem to be done. Customers are used to new items nearly everyday. Because of this, we need to keep up with the changing demands and expectations by being very skilled with forecasting, testing, and just in time inventory.
