What are your strategies for attracting and retaining top talent?In IT Staffing, it is not always about the money. Although salary is important, the project and technical environment is much more important. In order for us to attract and retain the top talent, we have to have projects that focus on leading edge technology.

How do you measure employee engagement and satisfaction?Each quarter we discuss the current project/assignment with each of our field employees to make sure the project is on the right path and they are still satisfied with their engagement.

What challenges do HR professionals face in today’s environment?Staffing companies are facing pressure from foreign offshoring and onshoring models.

What advice do you have for someone starting a career in HR?Staffing is a rewarding career both personally and professionally. The first two years are the hardest. If you stay with it and don’t give up, your job everyday will be to help others and that can be the best feeling when you close the laptop each night.
