How do you approach holistic well-being with your clients or audience?My approach to holistic well-being is deeply individualized and heart-centered. I believe true transformation happens when we address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person’s life. I use a combination of spiritual life coaching, ThetaHealing, energy clearing, bodywork, and intuitive guidance to uncover and release root causes of imbalance. Together, we co-create practical action steps to help clients integrate healing into their daily lives or whether that’s developing supportive rituals, optimizing nutrition and movement, or shifting limiting beliefs. It’s about empowering each client to connect with their inner healer, trust their intuition, and maintain sustainable practices that nourish their whole being.
What challenges do you see in helping people sustain healthy habits?One of the biggest challenges is the all-or-nothing mindset. Many people feel they have to be perfect to make progress, which leads to burnout and inconsistency. Another challenge is the hidden emotional or energetic blocks that sabotage new habits before they stick. Life stressors, lack of time, and unsupportive environments can also make it difficult to maintain healthy routines. That’s why I emphasize addressing the unconscious mind and energy body, so we clear resistance and reprogram old patterns. When clients feel emotionally aligned and supported, it becomes so much easier to stay committed to new habits and just not out of discipline alone, but from genuine self-love and motivation.
How do you tailor programs for different fitness or health needs?I see each client as unique, so I take time to listen to their goals, current lifestyle, physical needs, and energetic patterns. Through intuitive assessment, coaching, and sometimes muscle testing or energy scans, I pinpoint what will best support their healing and growth. I create personalized plans that may include a blend of bodywork, energy healing, guided meditations, frequency therapies, and practical wellness routines like walking meditations or breathwork. I also adjust plans as they evolve which is perfect for meeting clients where they are and helping them build momentum step by step.
What role does technology play in supporting wellness today?Technology is opening up incredible possibilities in the wellness space. Wearable devices, apps, and frequency healing machines give us real-time insights into how our bodies function and respond to stress, rest, and movement. I love integrating advanced energy tools and frequency devices to help clients rebalance and heal more efficiently. At the same time, I believe technology should support our connection to ourselves and not replace it. The magic happens when we combine these modern tools with ancient wisdom, intuitive practices, and natural, chemical-free solutions to create a truly holistic approach.
Can you share a story of transformation you’ve witnessed?One story that really stands out is from a recent remote healing client. She came to me with lingering trauma around a broken ankle that was affecting her mobility and daily life. Through ThetaHealing and spiritual life coaching, we worked to release the emotional trauma and pain stored in her foot and ankle. Once that healing was complete, she felt physical relief and, more importantly, found the motivation to create a wellness walking routine and something she hadn’t felt comfortable doing in years. Now she walks regularly, using walking meditations and weekly gratitude practices we developed together. It’s been amazing to watch her grow more active, confident, and committed to healing other areas of her health too.
What motivates you in this industry every day?What motivates me most is witnessing the powerful blend of science and spirituality coming together to create lasting healing. I’m passionate about exploring new frequency healing technologies, nutraceuticals, and energy medicine that support my clients in natural, chemical-free ways. Seeing how energy healing, mindset work, and bodywork can unlock true transformation inspires me every day. I love being able to guide people to the root cause of their challenges, release what no longer serves them, and watch them elevate their energy and frequency. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of my clients’ journeys as they heal, grow, and expand into the highest version of themselves on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
