What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Our coaching programs yield incredible results. Our newly launched app gives a business leader access to us at a fraction of the cost of coaching. Our newly launched group coaching program, the Profit and Freedom Maximizer, is dynamite.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Invest in yourself and your business now. Things will not improve until you, as a business leader, improve and work intentionally on your business. What you see as 'cost' is really an investment. The returns on becoming more profitable are forever.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?It is always getting qualified leads. As SEO is loosing its punch to AI search, the rules are changing.

What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? We use objective evidence and data to support our coaching. We know how to identify their real problems, not just what they think they are. Then we craft actions to make the changes happen.

How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? We have worked across many different industries for years and know what works for each. The basic premise of all business problems goes back to the same business principles, no matter the industry. We know how to go in deep and find the real solutions.

What are the most common misconceptions about consulting? That their business is different than anything we’ve worked with before. Not so. All businesses at their core have the same basic principles that they work from. The products may be vastly different, but there are no businesses like no others.

How do you measure the success of your client engagements? We set targets and hit or exceed them. The targets are all dependent on the client and their opportunities for improvement.

What trends are influencing the future of consulting and coaching? The best coaches, with deep experience, are winning out. Many people have entered the coaching and consulting space over the last ten years who just don’t have the experiential knowledge to effect meaningful change. Along with that, technology is driving quicker and better solutions. It takes a continual learning coach or consultant to stay abreast with the industry.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work? Getting results. Whether it’s profit or leadership development, seeing the change is what lights me up.

What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? Deep experience in business. Deep experience in the art and science of coaching. A well-developed system of tools and technology to work with the clients. And an insatiable curiosity to keep learning. Note: certificates are useless IMO.
