We help people connect to their intuition by calming the nervous system to reignite their passion and live a vibrant and fulfilling life. Sessions may include a blend of modalities, such as coaching, breath work, meditation, mindful movement, sound healing and Reiki.
What differentiates you from the competition?Every session starts with a tool to calm the nervous system. When we quiet the noise around us, we can listen to our inner voice to make decisions from an aligned place. Mindfulness combined with curiosity and coaching creates powerful results.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Sound healing is a powerful way to slow the thoughts and experience healing on the cellular level. We use crystal alchemy singing bowls, koshi chimes, a rain stick, ocean drum, Chinese wind gong and crystal pyramid to release tension and tune inward.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Having a coach in your corner will help you tune into your intuition, reframe your mindset, find clarity on the path forward and take aligned action. I would be honored to support you on your healing journey.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?I enjoy creating meaningful, authentic content that inspires and educates people based on the modalities we use at Expand Beyond. The biggest challenge is having the time to create marketing content while also holding client sessions and events.
