What’s been a defining moment in your legal career? A defining moment in my legal career came during a high-net-worth, multi-party dispute that many believed couldn’t be resolved outside of court. The stakes were high, millions of dollars, reputations, and long-standing business relationships were on the line.

As the mediator, I knew that success wouldn’t come from legal arguments alone but from patience, empathy, and structure. I spent hours listening to each side, helping them move beyond positions and focus on their real interests. Slowly, trust began to build where tension once dominated.
