The direct care payment model creates transparent costs for individual sessions or subscriptions, removes the need for third party payers or administration to collect payments and lowers the total cost for care.
What differentiates you from the competition?We provide direct access to our providers so patients can text us directly. For Direct care members texting, emailing, office visits and telehealth are included, and I will also do housecalls at no extra charge when needed.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Mental Health Therapy, Direct primary care membership, Weightoss membership, pelvic floor therapy. Access to clinical trials on site.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Using direct care can give you a concierge experience for your healthcare, while actually saving you money on health expenses. It is accessible to any person regardless of insurance coverage.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?The direct care model for healthcare is not well recognized. People most closely recognize the conept of concierge medicine. While direct care offers many of the same components of conierge care, it is much more affordable for all patients.
