I do this through 1:1 and group coaching, workshop facilitation, and leadership/behavior assessment tools. My key areas of focus are related to leadership, communication, and personal development.
What differentiates you from the competition?I'm a former teacher, school-based admin, and district-level admin. I believe my experiences and unique skills set me apart. Through presentations, keynotes, and 1:1 coaching, I give my clients practical strategies they can implement immediately.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?My biggest marketing challenge is getting in front of the people who need me. I serve mid-career professionals, C-suite leaders, and CEOs... this role is demanding and often difficult to get in front of.
