If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?I was raised by an incredible mother who raised me right! I build relationships over earning commissions I want to sell you, and your associates, many businesses over the years that will only happen through trust.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Eliminating the Noise and honing in on the Signal. Eliminate distractions that don't deliver results.

What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? As a broker I have two different clients those that want to sell and they are either looking to enjoy the benefits of building a good or great business and exit with a nice pay day or others who are in pain because they had dreams of business ownership but no acumen and are in stress. I also have Clients who desire to expand or buying a business for the first time and It is my job to evaluate their business acumen and decide if busingg ownership or the right business fo rthem

How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? My approach is based on the client more than the industry. Then I match the client or dissuade them from the perils and challenges of the industry

What are the most common misconceptions about consulting? That we can fix what is wrong – we can guide and offer the correct path but the client needs to do the work

How do you measure the success of your client engagements? Did we accomplish their desired outcome or find a better outcome than originally expected – their happiness is the measurement.

What trends are influencing the future of consulting and coaching? AI- There are so many answers at your fingertips now, but the Action is and will always be the most important so it will be less about the information and more about the accountability for clients to hit milestones and take action.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work? I love business I love educating and inspiring people to believe change is possible, see the change in their vision, and then make it a reality, taking them either towards pleasure or away from pain

What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? Have clients become visionaries and believe in the outcome, feel it, then create AN ACTION PLAN with patience and accountability. People have many distractions, business owners have more, and need you to help them break old patterns that created the noise rather than productivity.
