If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Bias to action and use AI todayin regards to figuring out how to make it a business engine for growth. You won’t lose your job to AI, you’ll lose in business to the people and businesses who use AI.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Ensuring we communicate both our services and their respective value propositions effectively to current and future clients.

What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? A couple thoughts: Use AI. Use frameworks to organize thought and efficiently approach solutioning. Continuous learning. Solve the boulders not the pebbles. Small teams / sprints to design success while ensuring the folks selected make you better/smarter as a whole (use meta cognition to know what you know and what you don’t know to fill in the gaps). Be customer centered and empathetic in your design to ensure you produce the most defensible /longest lasting moats possible.

How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? Every session and solution – even if in the same industry or same problem solutions uniquely based on “human-in-the-machine” collaboration with the AI, unique perspectives/bias in on every team, and the present business realities and AI vectoring data always evolving.

What are the most common misconceptions about consulting? That it’s all useless and not actionable immediately. We work very hard to solution with our clients to develop actions that can be taken immediately after sessions.

How do you measure the success of your client engagements? Creating greater value than we took/cost by the teams we work withs perception.

What trends are influencing the future of consulting and coaching? Collective value solutioning (customer, retailer, client). AI and Industry 5.0 future-proofing. Virtual pressure testing to delay capital costs (being more efficient with spend through AI engagement).

What’s the most rewarding part of your work? Do me, watching solutions ‘appear’ in a way that feels like magic – we call it finding “veiled revenue.”

What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? AI and everything I noted above.
