If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?We're experiencing a seismic shift in the way businesses operate and engage with customers. The strategies we've been using no longer work. To succeed in this environment, we need a radical focus on revenue and customer experience (RACE™).
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Growing my list in a new segment. List building isn't what it used to be. I'm challenging myself to create new strategies that build trust in advance, so people are eager to subscribe.
