If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?I use Verizon. I drive a Ram. Their are cheaper options, but I pay for reliability of those companies. That's our approach in the elevator industry. Our employees stay the extra hour to make a repair and take the 2am call. Providing service 24/7.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Building trust and continuing to prove ourselves to our current clients and future clients. We are only good as our last job so this is a ongoing process. We strive to exceed our clients expectations. From that there is no greater marketing.
