How is the current market affecting buying and selling trends?it affects everything from first time homebuyers to investors to move up buyers or even downsizers. People move becuase they have to more today than because they want to.

How do you stay competitive in such a dynamic industry?staying on top of all the most recent fraud scams, paying close attention to inventory and all of the new rules set by the Division of Insurance and how our Realtor friends are stying top of mind with their clients.

What’s your approach to building long-term client relationships?Supporting our Realtor and Lender friends in their business is key to maintaining key relationships in the industry. It’s a small real estate world and word travels fast – both good and bad.

How do you navigate challenges like interest rate fluctuations?I can’t control it, so all we can do is keep doing what we are doing and hope that our Lender friends and guiding their clients in the best way possible

What advice would you give first-time homebuyers or investors?if you can afford it, do it. They aren’t making any more dirt so buy yours sooner rather than later and start investing in your future
