What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Our platform builds a persona around each of a brand's customers and they can be segmented by the language they use to answer questions, events they attend, ads they respond to, articles they read in client emails and measurement scores and language.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Everything you do and the strategy you pursue should be around improving CLV. It's not about advertising, social media, web design or other tactics if they don't build CLV and the only way to do that is to listen to your customers' needs.

What are the key skills in demand for IT professionals today? Good communication skills and strategic thinking are always in demand. AI requires people that understand how to write good prompts and how to tell when AI isn’t providing the best answers.
