We do that by removing the biggest source of burnout—administrative overload. By providing trained, dedicated virtual assistants to handle tasks like insurance, scheduling, follow-ups, and patient calls, we allow in-office teams to focus on patient care instead of paperwork. How are you using data or AI to improve health outcomes? One way we use AI at Peak Performance VA is through accent conversion technology. Our virtual assistants are highly trained and fluent in English, but we use AI to neutralize accents so patients can easily understand them from the very first call. That improves comfort, trust, and communication—especially for older patients or those who may already feel anxious about healthcare.

What’s your outlook on the future of healthcare delivery? We’re very optimistic about the future of healthcare delivery. Owning four dental practices while also running Peak Performance VA gives us daily, real-world insight into what’s actually happening on the ground. We see the challenges—staffing shortages, rising demand, and burnout—but we also see incredible innovation and adaptability. The future of healthcare is more team-based, more technology-supported, and more focused on sustainability for both patients and providers.
