How is the current market affecting buying and selling trends? There is market clarity in 2026 that we have not seen in previous years. Northeast Florida is over the tipping point. I wouldn’t say the flood gates have opened but the commercial real estate market is definitely flowing again!

What technologies are transforming the real estate experience? Ai is helpful but clunky. The quality of property photos and videos helps sell from afar. Improvements in shipping and warehousing technology have changed where we build industrial facilities. And the increased use of virtual meeting technology has influenced how professional and medical offices are designed and developed.

How do you stay competitive in such a dynamic industry? We are continually recruiting and training the best and brightest talent in our industry.

What’s your approach to building long-term client relationships? We become a long term trusted advisor to our clients by aligning their goals directly with ours.
