What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Most of our industry require large sample size. This is limiting to startups. We work with the customer to make the difficult possible.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?The adage: "Faster, better, cheaper - pick two," is absolutely true. Talk to your potential customer to determine their needs.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?We need to continuously pivot to address market changes. Like most science based companies, we are unsure how the changes in government funding and administration will impact our customers, and we need to be able to change directions as needed.
