What is the core mission of your organization? Our mission is to preserve people, property, and progenitor by delivering services that help rebuild and strengthen communities.

How are you creating measurable social impact? We create measurable community impact by providing training and opportunities for youth and small businesses to build skills, develop strong business portfolios, and increase access to funding and contracts. By strengthening their capacity, we help them grow sustainably while advancing their mission and contributing to stronger communities.

What challenges are you addressing in your local community? We are addressing challenges related to limited access to opportunities, workforce development, and small business capacity in the local community. Our work focuses on helping youth, small businesses, and nonprofits build skills, strengthen their structure, and access funding and contracts so they can grow and contribute to rebuilding stronger communities.

How do you build trust with the populations you serve? We build trust by consistently showing up, learning from challenges, and continuing to serve the community with the skills and resources we have. By staying committed and sharing our gifts to support others, we demonstrate reliability, purpose, and genuine investment in the community’s success.

What collaborations or partnerships have been most effective? Our most effective collaborations are projects that position us to help revitalize communities by putting youth to work and creating opportunities for smaller businesses to participate. These partnerships help bring new life to initiatives that may have been dormant, while building capacity and economic opportunity within the community

How are you using storytelling to raise awareness? I use my story to raise awareness by sharing the resilience, challenges, and purpose behind the work. By being transparent about the journey of building something meaningful, I help others see what is possible and encourage youth, small businesses, and organizations to pursue opportunities and remain committed to their mission.

What motivates your team to keep pushing forward? What motivates my team is the ability to win together and celebrate every milestone, big or small. Those moments build momentum and keep us focused on the larger goal.
