What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?We specialize in the Hospitality industry & because we have our own financial svcs division we are able create a unique model for restaurants & other tipped industries a strategy around controlling costs through various tax credits available to them.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?PEO can truly solve many pain points and free up owners to actually do what they do best and not be weighed down by compliance and administrative issues.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?I think the rapidly changing landscape and scope of AI and ensuring it is integrated in all of our processes.

How is HR evolving in response to hybrid and remote work?You must be agile and have a partner to support the different rules and regulations in each state. HR will play a bigger role in how employees are managed when remote or hybrid.

What are your strategies for attracting and retaining top talent?We utilize multiple avenues for talent, i.e. recruiters, self-source, job boards etc. We provide excellent benefits, a people first company culture that is practiced in real time not just words on a paper.

How do you foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture?We hire form all backgrounds, We want the best no matter where you come from. Whether it be sales, back office, or the front desk we want people that want to work and are the best at what they do.

What role does HR play in leadership development?They help in delivering the expectations and fostering an environment to be exceptional and achieve delivering on results.
