How long have you been in your industry?30 years
Why did you choose your industry? We love to solve business problems with strategic consulting and creative media production.
Who are your typical clients? Our typical local clients are small and midsized businesses. Our larger clients are often regional, and sometimes grown from scratch. Stalled businesses seek us out to get unstuck. We also thrive when growing high potential startups.
What do you like best about being in this industry? We love unlocking the potential in businesses using strategic design, psychology, technology, and marketing.
What are common problems you see?Often businesses think they need a “thing” when in reality they need a solution that includes the thing, and a lot more.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Come to us with the solution you have in mind, but keep an open mind. We may be able to unlock solutions that will get your business unstuck and thinking smarter. We can accelerate your path for growth.
When is your busy season? We are busy all seasons, but we break for holidays.
What keeps you up at night? The two things that keep me up at night are the desire to learn and grow our team and the responsibility of running a business.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business? We market ourselves with SEM, digital display, and sponsorships but generate the majority of our business through referral and long-term clients. We have many clients who have been with us for over a decade.
How involved are you in the community? We work directly with municipalities, nonprofits, and business innovation groups including Innovate Mississippi.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity? We have many favored causes but JDRF, youth advocacy, and domestic violence groups are among our gotos.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Beware the business side of any lifestyle business.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?In my free time, which is limited, I do enjoy martial arts, philosophy, reading, travel, and learning, but mostly family.
