How long have you been in your industry?1998
Why did you choose your industry?I became a wealth manager at a prestigious Swiss bank, overseeing substantial portfolios for high-net-worth clients. While the financial expertise and client relationships were valuable, I found myself drawn to a different kind of impact. What truly resonated with me was helping people navigate their professional journeys, not just their financial ones.
Who are your typical clients?CEOs or Senior managers of large international companies Nestle, Philip Morris, Nespresso and ngos such as United Nations, International Labor Organization or UNAIDS or WHO.
What do you like best about being in this industry?I wake up energized every morning knowing I get to transform people's professional trajectories! There's nothing quite like witnessing that moment when someone breaks through their limitations or when a fragmented group evolves into a synchronized, high-performing team.
What are common problems you see? Some of the issues I work on with leaders are the following:• Self-awareness gaps • Leadership transition difficulties • Work-life integration struggles - struggles to create sustainable boundaries without feeling they're compromising their effectiveness. • Decision-making under complexity • Communication challenges • Building and leading high-performing • Strategic thinking
What advice/tips do you have for clients? This depends very much on the client and what their issues are. I will just say that I am known for working with Brilliant but Difficult Leaders and I have a process to help them transition into inspiring leaders.
When is your busy season?Year round
What keeps you up at night?Thinking how I can support my clients.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?1st trend: Identify trends in the US and bring them to Switzerland.2nd trend: when coaching was new in Switzerland I capitalized on the press coverage3nd trend: when coaching with low barriers of entry was becoming a commodity, specializing in research centers as I have a PhD and teaching coaching, and specializing in a niche4th trend: Growth of internal coaching so I specialized
How involved are you in the community?Nevada Women's Philanthropy
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Orphanages
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Find their niche and start branding it.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Podcasting and writing
