How long have you been in your industry?15 Yrs
Why did you choose your industry? From the beginning, we’ve been driven to solve complex challenges through innovative software solutions. As artificial intelligence technology advances and grows more accessible, we recognized an opportunity to help enterprise clients harness the power of AI to streamline processes, reveal data insights, and stay competitive. This led us to pivot more heavily into AI-focused strategies, where we can integrate cutting-edge machine learning and automation tools that transform how businesses operate.
Who are your typical clients? Our clients are mid-to-large enterprises seeking to leverage AI for efficiency and strategic advantage. Many already have established data sets and processes but need a partner to guide them in building AI-powered applications, workflows, or predictive models that align with their organizational goals.
What do you like best about being in this industry? We love being at the forefront of technology that’s actively reshaping industries. The AI space moves quickly, challenging us to stay current with new frameworks and techniques. Seeing how AI-driven solutions can produce tangible, positive outcomes—like smarter customer service interactions or real-time data insights—makes the work particularly gratifying.
What are common problems you see?Data Quality & Availability: AI is only as good as the data feeding it. Many enterprises lack clean, well-structured data.Scalability: Moving from a prototype AI model to production can be complex and requires specialized infrastructure.Unrealistic Expectations: There’s a lot of hype around AI, and some organizations expect instant miracles without understanding the necessary groundwork.Ethical/Compliance Concerns: As AI grows more pervasive, ensuring data privacy and fairness becomes even more critical.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Start with Clear Objectives: Identify the specific business challenges AI can solve before diving in.Build a Solid Data Foundation: Invest in data cleaning, governance, and security—this sets the stage for successful AI adoption.Embrace Iteration: AI implementations often evolve through experimentation and refinement.Prepare for Change Management: Introducing AI can shift workflows and employee roles; plan accordingly to minimize disruption.
When is your busy season?AI projects can ramp up at various times, but we often see a surge in engagements when enterprises are planning annual budgets or kicking off new digital transformation initiatives—usually at the start of the fiscal year or the start of a calendar year.
What keeps you up at night?Staying on the Cutting Edge: AI technologies and tools evolve rapidly, and we want to ensure we’re always offering the best possible solutions. Ethical & Responsible AI: We work diligently to help our clients deploy AI in ways that are transparent, fair, and compliant with regulations. Delivering Real ROI: Ensuring our clients see measurable benefits from AI implementations, not just prototypes or proofs of concept.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Thought Leadership: Sharing case studies, white papers, and insights on best practices in AI.Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with cloud providers and technology platforms to expand our capabilities.Community Engagement: Presenting at industry events and conferences focused on AI and digital transformation.Client Advocacy: We rely on satisfied clients and referrals, especially in enterprise circles where trust and track record matter.
How involved are you in the community?Tech Education & Mentorship: We host and sponsor AI-centric workshops and hackathons.Collaborations with Universities: Partnering with academic programs to give students real-world AI project experience.Support for Local Events: Participating in networking and community-building events that encourage technology growth.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity? We value organizations that focus on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education and accessibility, helping to develop the next generation of problem solvers.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Learn the Fundamentals: A solid grounding in computer science, data structures, and algorithms is critical.Focus on Practical Applications: Work on real-world projects, whether in data analytics, machine learning, or AI integration.Stay Curious: The field evolves quickly—commit to continuous learning and experimentation.Hone Soft Skills: Understanding client needs and communicating complex concepts clearly is just as important as technical expertise.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Personally, I enjoy competitive sailing on the weekends.
